- 8 ice cubes
- 300g cranberries
- 300g blueberries
- 200ml pear juice
- Extra cranberries and blueberries to garnish
Place the ice cubes in the blender and whizz. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve chilled, garnished with extra cranberries and blueberries.
