Blueberry Maple Blush
A classic flavour combination.
- 300g maple-syrup flavoured ice cream
- 300g blueberries
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- Ice cubes to serve
- Extra blueberries to garnish
Put the ice cream into the blender first, then add the blueberries and maple syrup and blend until smooth. Pour into the glass over ice and garnish.
