- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 large green apples, quartered
- Ginger root (1 inch piece), peeled
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste
Juice the prepared apples and carrots with the ginger, pour into tall, freezer-frosted glasses and stir in a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice just before serving.
