Cantaloupe Lime & Cherry

Refreshing and cleansing smoothie, one that could be used as non-alcoholic aperitif too.

Cantaloupe melon has high water content and is packed with digestive enzymes. Lime adds a citrus tang and increases the detoxifying action. Cherries are good to help to flush out the kidneys and to soothe stomach.

  • 1 cantaloupe melon, peeled, deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 lime, peeled and quartered
  • 20 – 25 pitted cherries

Press alternate chunks of melon, lime and cherries through a juicer. Stir well and drink immediately.
