Carrot Care

Healthy and pure.

  • 500g carrots, trimmed
  • 1 avocado, peeled, stoned and cut into chunks
  • 220g beansprouts
  • 250g natural yogurt
  • Ice cubes to serve
  • Carrot sticks to garnish

Juice the carrots. Put the juice into the blender with the avocado, beansprouts and yogurt and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish.
