Coffee Calmer

An ideal summer breakfast drink.

  • 400ml good-quality, ready-made custard
  • 350g coffee ice cream
  • 200ml cold espresso coffee
  • 2 tbsp caramel syrup
  • Ice cubes to serve
  • Chocolate coffee beans to garnish

Put the custard, ice cream, coffee and syrup into the blender and blend. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish.
