Crazy Cucumber

Cooling with a hint of aniseed.

  • 400g cucumber
  • 220g fennel bulb, outer part removed, cut into chunks
  • 300g tender asparagus, trimmed
  • Ice cubes to serve
  • 2 spring fennel frond to garnish

Juice the cucumber, fennel and asparagus together. Pour into a glass over ice. Garnish
