Mango is full of goodness and great source of fiber. One fruit will give you about 3 grams of fiber plus vitamin C and A. Green tea is powerful antioxidant that will help cleanse your body. You will love this smoothie.

Brew a cup of tea (one bag of Green Tea) and set it to cool. Pour the Green Tea into blender, add mangos and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
