Melon Mist

Fragrant and fresh.

  • 700g honeydew melon, peeled, deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and quartered
  • 8 lychees, peeled and stoned
  • Extra kiwi fruit to garnish

Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve chilled, garnished with kiwi fruit.
