This drink makes an ultra-refreshing start to the day. Choose firm fruits that feel heavy for their size, as this means they will be juicy.
- 2 oranges, halved
- 1 pink grapefruit, halved
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Juice oranges and grapefruit using citrus press or reamer. Add the lemon juice, stir and serve.
For a longer drink, pour into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, top up with a squirt of soda or sparkling mineral water.
