Peach Passion

A good source of protein, ideal for breakfast or a light lunch.

  • 2 peach, halved and stoned
  • 300g raspberries
  • 220g silken tofu
  • 200ml non-dairy milk
  • Ice cubes to serve
  • Extra raspberries to garnish

Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish.
