Peach Passion
A good source of protein, ideal for breakfast or a light lunch.
- 2 peach, halved and stoned
- 300g raspberries
- 220g silken tofu
- 200ml non-dairy milk
- Ice cubes to serve
- Extra raspberries to garnish
Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish.
