Peachy Pit

Just one sip of this juicy nectar and you will feel like in a sunlight-dappled orchard full of trees.

  • 6 apricots, stoned and halved
  • 5 peaches, stoned and halved
  • 4 pears, quartered
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Juice the fruit and add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. Serve in tall glasses filled with crushed ice.
Tip: Use slightly under-ripe pears as they give you a thicker juice with more bits.
