- 6 apricots, stoned and halved
- 5 peaches, stoned and halved
- 4 pears, quartered
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Juice the fruit and add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. Serve in tall glasses filled with crushed ice.
Tip: Use slightly under-ripe pears as they give you a thicker juice with more bits.
