Pineapple Passion
Creamy and fresh.
- 8 ice cubes
- 2 pear, peeled, quartered and cored
- ½ medium-sized pineapple, peeled, core and eyes removed and flesh cut into chunks
- 16 large fresh mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
Place the ice cubes in the blender and whizz, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint.
