Pineapple Passion

Creamy and fresh.

  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 pear, peeled, quartered and cored
  • ½ medium-sized pineapple, peeled, core and eyes removed and flesh cut into chunks
  • 16 large fresh mint leaves, plus extra to garnish

Place the ice cubes in the blender and whizz, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint.
