Restorative and cooling.
- 8 ice cubes
- 1 cm piece ginger, peeled and sliced
- ½ medium-sized pineapple, peeled, core and eyes removed and the flesh cut into chunks
- 400g natural yogurt
- 2 pineapple wedge to garnish
Place the ice cubes in the blender and whizz. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with the pineapple wedge.
