Pineapple Pride

Restorative and cooling.

  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 cm piece ginger, peeled and sliced
  • ½ medium-sized pineapple, peeled, core and eyes removed and the flesh cut into chunks
  • 400g natural yogurt
  • 2 pineapple wedge to garnish

Place the ice cubes in the blender and whizz. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with the pineapple wedge.
