Rich Breakfast Smoothie

Most of our smoothie recipes include bananas as the main fruit, so this one will feel like little change, as it is made from kiwi fruit. Because Kiwi fruit contains more vitamin C than oranges, this smoothie is the great winter bug remedy.

  • 3 kiwi fruits
  • 120ml orange juice
  • handful of berries (your choice)
  • 100ml natural yogurt or soy yogurt
  • 1 tsp linseeds (milled)
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds

Wash the berries under the running water. Peel the kiwi fruits, put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with the slice of kiwi fruit and serve immediately.
