Silky Sun

Orange-speckled with a creamy, flowery taste.

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 pear, peeled, halved, cored and chopped
  • 6 apricots, halved, stoned and chopped
  • 2 nectarine, halved, stoned and chopped
  • 200 ml pear juice
  • Extra sliced apricot and nectarine to garnish

Place the ice cubes in the blender and whizz, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with sliced apricot and nectarine.
