This smoothie doesn’t need any introduction. It is the one you will definitely enjoy during those hot summer days (and evenings too). This is the real summer mix.
- 2 Mango fruits (peeled and chopped, with stone removed)
- 2 Kiwi fruits
- 2 Banana
- Juice of 1 medium Lime
- 1 medium Avocado
- pinch of salt
- 2 tblsp freshly grated ginger (optional)
Place pieces of Mango, Kiwi, Banana and Avocado in the blender. Add Lime juice with pinch of salt. If you like, you can add ginger too. Blend until smooth and serve with the slice of Mango on top.
