Clean and cooling.
- 900g watermelon, peeled, deseeded if preferred and cut into chunks
- 2 lime, peeled and halved
- 2 sprig fresh rosemary, needles only
- Ice cubes to serve
- 2 chunk watermelon and extra fresh rosemary to garnish
Place the watermelon, lime and rosemary in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish.
