Watermelon Velvet

Clean and cooling.

  • 900g watermelon, peeled, deseeded if preferred and cut into chunks
  • 2 lime, peeled and halved
  • 2 sprig fresh rosemary, needles only
  • Ice cubes to serve
  • 2 chunk watermelon and extra fresh rosemary to garnish

Place the watermelon, lime and rosemary in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass over ice and garnish.
